Xtension Recorder Call Archiver
This is an optional but important module in the Xtension Recorder Supervisor product line. The XtR Supervisor products provide advanced visibility, access, retrieval, playback, analysis and scoring for recorded calls.
The Xtension Recorder Supervisor software includes:
- XtR Call Manager - The entry level search, playback and archive supervisor application.
- XtR Reporter - All the features of Call Manager plus graphical reports and advanced playback features.
- XtR Reporter Pro - Includes all the features of Call Manager and Reporter plus sophisticated Agent Assessment and Scoring.
XtR Call Archiver is built on the robust Microsoft .net framework and is designed to manipulate large volumes of recordings. It is a work horse that delivers feature rich productivity tools in a familiar, ergonomic and easy to use MS Office style interface.

XtR Call Archiver and the supervisor suite of applications deliver everything a professional power user requires. XtR CAll Archiver provides advanced archiving options for important call data. Call Archiving is simplified whether it is done on-demand or on a scheduled basis. It allows users to archive recorded calls to another medium (i.e. CD, DVD,etc.) while keeping call information on their computer for faster retrieval.
Easy retrieval of archived calls
Archived calls are flagged and notes can be added to allow the supervisor to easily find the archived media (such as number and location of the storage media).
With the "remove audio" selected, call data remains in the Supervisors software with location and date of backup. Greatly reducing the storage requirements and speeding up retrieval of file location.
Archived calls can be organized into monthly folders or user ID for. XtR Call Archiver can send recordings to network based disk storage or to an ISO file that can be quickly and easily burned to a CD or DVD.
Works with entire Xtension Recorder product line
You can mix and match any Xtension Recorder hardware product with any of the Supervisor software. For example you have in:
- New York - Avaya phone system and XtR Digital-16 recorders.
- Chicago - NorTel phone system and XtR Digital-04 recorders.
- Los Angeles - NEC phone system with XtR Digital-01 recorders.
- Miami - Comdial phone system with Universal XtR recorders.
The XtR Supervisor software will allow you to run reports from any location on your network.
