The Xtension Recorder BackOffice software resides on a PC/Server in the PBX room for centralized call recording. It works with the Digital -01 and Digital -04 hardware solution.

BackOffice Recorder provides a true digital centralized call recording solution for large and small applications. You can design a solution that is truly unique to your application.

Each PC/server can support up to 48 extensions depending on what hardware solution you chose. If you need to record more than that, simply add another PC.
